Sunday School For All Ages at 10:00 a.m. Each Week

Sunday School is . . . Coming in to learn . . . Going out to live!

Classes are held weekly from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. Stop by the Food Court downstairs in the main building for free bagels, coffee, tea, or juice (for the kids) and visit one of our classes. 

PreK-Grade 12 Classes

We use Radiant Life curriculum for all Pre-K through Grade 12 classes and offer the following classes each week:

Toddlers (2-3 Yrs Old)
Pre K/K (4-5 Yrs Old)
Primary (1st and 2nd Grade)
Middlers (3rd and 4th Grade)
Pre Teen (5th & 6th Grade)
Junior High (7th and 8th grade)
High School 1 (Fresh/Soph)
High School 2 (Jr/Sr)

Fall 2010 Adult Electives (September- November)

Classes resume September 5. We offer the following courses this quarter for adults. 

Sanctuary Bible Study: Unit 1: Counsel for Christlike Living (1 and 2 Peter) and Unit 2: The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit. Leo Weber and Ilho Ye, Main Sanctuary.

Deeper Life: The Case for Faith. Addresses the eight most convincing objections to Christianity. Rick Lamantia. Annex Back Room, 70 West. For more info, go to www.leestrobel.com.

Family Track. Couples of the Old Testament. In the Old Testament there are arranged marriages, fiercely loving marriages, enduring marriages, an instant marriage, a coerced marriage and a perfect marriage. Dig in to the Bible to learn important lessons about marriage, God and yourself. TBD. Annex Back Room, 70 West.

Singles: God's Design for Christian Dating. Provides helpful guidelines to minimize the perils of dating and maximize the exciting potential of God’s plan. Roseva and Tom Muniz, 60 West Upstairs.

Generation Hope (Ages 18-30). A Bible Study for young adults and the issues they face in life. Debbie and Angel Grant. 60 West Upstairs.

Current Sunday School Teacher Openings for Fall 2010 

Nursery Sunday School

Immediate opening. Nursery Sunday School (two openings). The nursery class (0-18 months) is currently in need of two teachers for Sunday mornings, 9:50 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Qualifications: 1) must be adult member of EAG; 2) love children; 3) willing to play and teach simple Bible lessons.  

Toddler Class Teachers

Immediate opening. Toddler Sunday School (two openings). The Toddler class (2-3 years old) is currently in need of two teachers for Sunday mornings, 9:50 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Qualifications: 1) must be adult member of EAG; 2) love children; 3) willing to play and teach simple Bible lessons.  

Assistant Primary Class Teacher

Immediate opening. Primary Sunday School (two openings). The Primary class (first and second grade) is currently in need of two teachers for Sunday mornings, 9:50 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Qualifications: 1) must be adult member of EAG; 2) love children; 3) willing to  teach age-appropriate Bible lessons.  

Substitute Teachers (All Ages)

Immediate openings for substitute teachers at all age levels. Sunday mornings, 9:50 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Qualifications: 1) must be adult member of EAG; 2) enjoy teaching; 3) willing to teach with one week's (or less) notice.Additional openings are expected for the 2010-11 school year.
